    Here's this week's mantra:

    1) WE ARE NOT going to be mushy:noway:
    2) Our thighs WILL NOT rub together when we walk:sad:

    Monday, 105 minutes...768 calories, elliptical and walking from from gym
    Tuesday, 60 minutes...450 calories, zumb

    Alice, sorry you are having a bad week:flowerforyou: ...don't stress about exercise, just try to survive it

    Monday: Rest Day
    Tuesday: 52 minutes - 584 calories - 4 miles run (it was 85 degrees, freaking HOT! :grumble: )

    Didn't make all of my goals last week but hoping to make this week better!!! :wink:

    I think I'm getting tired of doing my Jillian Michael's workout. I must try to keep up!! I think I just have 8 days left, but now that I'm also biking and still doing my C25K, it's hard to find time to do it all.

    Last week:
    Mon: 20 min Jillian Michaels 30-day shred
    Tue: 35 min C25K + 20 min JM 30DS
    Wed: 20 min JM 30DS
    Thurs: 40 min C25K + 20 min JM 30DS
    Fri: none
    Sat: 3 hours (180 min) bike shopping + 20 min JM 30DS
    Sun: 60 bicycling + 20 min JM 30DS + 30 C25K
    > Total minutes 465

    This week:
    Mon: 90 bicycling + 20 min JM 30DS
    Tue: 20 min JM 30DS
    > Total minutes 130
    > Remaining minutes 230

    I lost 3.5 lbs this week...yea for me :bigsmile:. I ordered my roller skates today and cannot wait to get them and roll off some more lbs.

    I think I'm getting tired of doing my Jillian Michael's workout. I must try to keep up!! I think I just have 8 days left, but now that I'm also biking and still doing my C25K, it's hard to find time to do it all.

    I've done the Jillian Michaels 30 day slimdown...I am so sick of those videos that I can't stand to even look at them. I was wondering where the heck they get the music from? It's awful. Like from the 80's workout videos.

    I want to post a challenge for about 10 people to do a biggest loser challenge. It will be 2 teams of 5 with weekly weigh-ins. I have 3 people committed, 2 possible people and looking for 5 more

    It should last about 5 to 9 weeks as the losing team will eliminate 1 person. If anyone is interested, PM me and I will give more details

    I am thinking Monday would be a good time to start. I need some pressure to jumpstart into Spring (even tho we are having a blizzard right now)

    There will be rewards and weekly challenges...guaranteed to keep us motivated

    Oh, forgot to mention that I am down about three pounds this week...I've been stuck at 179, 179.6..blah, blah, blah...today the scale registered 176.4....I almost fell over...and, checked it 3 times...:drinker: I just might make my 4 lb goal for the month

    Have not posted since Tuesday. I did not fall the wagon but have some unexpected travel for work. Here is my updated information.

    i am sorry i have been so MIA this week...the whole getting married in one week (!!!!!!!!!!!) thing has taken up a lot of my time :) i am so excited to see how well everyone is doing!!!! this is such a motivated group!!! :)
