    Tues: 493 calories burned (C25K, glute circuit & climbing stairs to room)
    Wed: 1018 calories burned (C25K, arm circuit, climbing stairs & walk 5 miles)

    Monday, nada dang thing, 0 minutes
    Tuesday, slug again, 0 minutes
    Wednesday, 128 minutes...840 calories including body attack, cybex and cleaning
    Thursday, 137 minutes...970 calories including zumba, cybex and cleaning

    To go: 105 minutes...1690/3500 calories

    I've decided to do early spring cleaning and make that count as part of the workout minutes...instead of bending over I do squats and move briskly thru the house...have to say that hubs is liking that part of my workouts

    ZUMBA. WOW. Tried my first class tonight...it was so much FUN:drinker: :drinker: ...I couldn't believe that it was like working out...I am ADDICTED

    Tomorrow, I work from 7A to 3P...bodyjam at 5:30...probably not doing any hardcore cleaning:ohwell:

    Also, bought a living social coupon for birkman yoga...the hot kind:mad: ...wish me luck

    I finally got my 60 minutes in today. It only took me 5 hours to get my 60 minutes.:tongue:

    monday: 3.2 mile run 28/348, level 1 30 day shred 26/182
    tuesday: mini-workout 20/152
    wednesday: bfbm 50/424 (ended up finding the motivation at night)
    thursday: level 1/2 30 day shred 43/326
    friday: level 1/2 30 day shred 40/335, 4.58 mile run 44/502

    total: 251 minutes/2269 calories
    to go: 109 minutes/231 calories

    planning on getting a good run in tomorrow before my bachelorette party tomorrow night...however sunday might be a whole different story depending on how i feel :) haha

    I took two REST DAYS, which were travel days for work. Boy will I be paying for this tommorow "945" Calories to burn :cry:!!!

    I got my 60 minutes today.

    While doing the shred, my 6 year old came in and entertained me the whole 20 minutes by chatting about her favorite color of jelly beans.

    While doing my stepper, 2 minutes before I hit my 30 minute mark, the stepper broke. When I picked up the piece to see why it had broken, I burned and blistered across 3 of my fingures. It had gotten too hot.

    Half-way through my stationary bike, my ipod stopped working and I can't fix it.

    Yes, siree, We're off to a great start to the weekend.:angry:

    Tuesday: 810 cals - treadmill, elliptical and weights for 90 minutes
    Wednesday: 722 cals - elliptical and leg exercises for 75 minutes
    Thursday: 646 cals - treadmill and weights for 65 minutes
    Friday: 0 (rest day)
    Saturday: 423 cals - 5k race for 30 minutes (my fastest time ever!!)

    That makes 2,601 calories for the week. So apparently I need to burn 900 calories at the gym tomorrow. :sad: We shall see......

    Love this challenge!

    Love when this challenge is over and I have achieved my goal. Tomorrow is my weigh in. I am not anticipating a whole lot as I have been indulging in quite a few cocktails this week....:ohwell:
  • Monday: 0 (my rest day)
    Tuesday: 810 cals - treadmill, elliptical and weights for 90 minutes
    Wednesday: 722 cals - elliptical and leg exercises for 75 minutes
    Thursday: 646 cals - treadmill and weights for 65 minutes
    Friday: 0 (rest day)
    Saturday: 423 cals - 5k race for 30 minutes (my fastest time ever!!)
    Sunday: 909 cals - 4mile run outside and strength training

    364 minutes and 3,510 calories. woo hoo!

    My weigh in was today and I lost three pounds this week. Hoping for three more next week! :happy:

    So, I didn't reach 360 for the week. But... I am still proud that I was able to do what I did considering my knee was still in pain from injuring it the week before last trying to jog when I wasn't ready for it. This week is a new week and I am going to try to hit my 360 minutes.

Superb to you all wiggling and jiggling over 400 minutes per week!!! If you got over 500 minutes!! Whooohoooo!!!! Awesome stuff! Keep up the good work and be grateful you are able to do so!!

    If you did not get the minutes you did do something and that is good too!!!

    So on to another week this week! I have a lot of cleaning today so I am going to put on my HRM and see how many calories I can burn.
