So, I was up a little bit this morning....162.4 from 162.0. But I know that was because of some major eating and drinking at a birthday party on Friday night. This week...I'm getting back on track. Whoot!0

Today was 179... WHICH IS 6 LBS DOWN FROM 185 LAST WEEK ... :happy:
I have no idea how that happened, because I had a weekend of unavoidable food-centric events that could only be described as massive cheats (very rich French cuisine on Saturday and a dinner tasting of 19 of Portland's best restaurants on Sunday, sooo gooood!) Perhaps eating such foods after living on veggies and lean stuff for two months was a shock to my system.

Down to 170.6 this morning. After a weekend filled with take out and pain meds I can't complain!

I'm down 3 pounds to 255 goal this week will be to jog for 5 minutes I'm doing it longer and longer ive had asthma my whole life and my mom always let that be my excuse now that on losing and eating healthy I can do it without getting out of breath wish she was still here for me to tell her0

Well, I am one of the "ups"... booo. It is pretty much a maintain, as I was up 0.2 lbs to 134.8. I am actually excited it wasn't more, as I was super bad the beginning of the week!0

I'm 170, down a pound! :happy: would have been more but TOM and I didn't do P90X for 3 days and totally drank way too much Saturday. I'm very happy I didn't gain! Congrats to everyone!0

Happy Spring Ladies!
Chech in time: I'm at 256.5 which is up 2 lbs. from last week. My birthday was last Monday, so I had lots of unexpected birthday cake and Margaritas. I'm not worried though. I'm going to push extra hard this week and stay under my calories!

139 pounds today... I had a weekend away... and it was Paddy's Day... wow, this is embarrassing though! Next week will be better. Well done everyone else, I'll be back in the race next week!!0
