    I think this is a great plan....

    I am fairly new to the site also. But I think someone starts a week long work out just about every week so watch for it coming soon or start one on your own. People will jump in.

    @Lynn - Someone will most likely start one up tomorrow. I think you should jump on in. This is my second week and it really makes you push yourself.

    This is an ongoing challenge that is here every week and always starts on Monday. Just keep a look out for the new one that will start on Monday 3/28. Good luck!!
