    Completed W1D2 did a total of 22 complete pushups, felt good! Haven't felt any soreness yet even though I pushed out as many as I could in good form.

    Yay for more people joining and great job everyone!

    I did w1d2: 10, 12, 8, 8, 12 from the toes. This was after Body Attack yesterday - 64 push-ups in one track! (I did 30 on my toes and the rest on my knees...ow!)

    Great job everyone! Loving this cause its so quick, even though I had a long busy day and haven't had dinner yet (at almost 8 pm) I got it done!! Week 1 day 2. 10 12 8 8 12. The last two were hard, but not too bad!

    Week 1 day 1

    Set 1- 10 push ups
    Set 2- 12 push ups
    Set 3- 7 push ups
    Set 4- 7 push ups
    Set 5- 13 push ups

    Excited to start this challenge! The first 2 sets seemed easy but by the end my arms were burning! These were all from the knees.

    From my knees, last few 2nd and last set were tough but done all the way down and up.

    Tough, but I already feel a bit stronger! Can't wait to see the results at the end of 6 weeks!

    Great job on week one everyone! Excited for week 2 and seeing everyone's progress. I did these in the evening (separate from my morning workout on Monday and Wednesday, but before my workout on Friday. I think it was a good "warm-up" and I really felt the pushups and plank work (did 30 day shred level 3 that day). How are you all doing this? Stand alone or combined with your other routines?

    I've done day 1 and day 2 moderate. I'm doing girl push ups to get stronger. I technically can do about 10 guy pushups but I don't think I go down far enough...so I'm doing the girl ones to get stronger.
    Day 3 is tomorrow. I started on April 1st.

    Week 2 day 1 was tough for me.
    10.15, 10, 10, 15 with 60 seconds in between
    Couldn't finish the last set.
    Not sure if I should set it back and try again or not
    Think I'll try the next one on Wednesday and if its still too hard I'll go back until I can complete all 5 sets.
    Maybe I'm just too tired today!

    Completed w2d2 - 29 regular. Is it just me or is it getting harder? I don't know if it's because I've started doing my squats in between my push-ups, so I'm not really resting in between.

    Just finished Week 2 Day 1: 14,14,10,10,16. The first set was super easy. I felt a lot stronger than when I started this about a week ago. But the last set was really tough and now my arms burn a bit. These are all "girly pushups". I will see how I can do on a real push up after I get through this challenge from my knees :-)

    I think the space in between makes it easier, Monday was only 60 and it was harder.
    I yelled on the last of it but did it!!

    I totally fell off...I was going to classes that work out my arms too and couldn't do any more push ups lol
    I'll get back on when the pain subsides lol
