Great job on week one everyone! Excited for week 2 and seeing everyone's progress. I did these in the evening (separate from my morning workout on Monday and Wednesday, but before my workout on Friday. I think it was a good "warm-up" and I really felt the pushups and plank work (did 30 day shred level 3 that day). How are you all doing this? Stand alone or combined with your other routines?0

I've done day 1 and day 2 moderate. I'm doing girl push ups to get stronger. I technically can do about 10 guy pushups but I don't think I go down far enough...so I'm doing the girl ones to get stronger.

Week 2 day 1 was tough for me.
10.15, 10, 10, 15 with 60 seconds in between
Couldn't finish the last set.
Not sure if I should set it back and try again or not
Think I'll try the next one on Wednesday and if its still too hard I'll go back until I can complete all 5 sets.
Maybe I'm just too tired today!0 -

Completed w2d2 - 29 regular. Is it just me or is it getting harder? I don't know if it's because I've started doing my squats in between my push-ups, so I'm not really resting in between.0

Just finished Week 2 Day 1: 14,14,10,10,16. The first set was super easy. I felt a lot stronger than when I started this about a week ago. But the last set was really tough and now my arms burn a bit. These are all "girly pushups". I will see how I can do on a real push up after I get through this challenge from my knees :-)0

I think the space in between makes it easier, Monday was only 60 and it was harder.

I totally fell off...I was going to classes that work out my arms too and couldn't do any more push ups lol
I'll get back on when the pain subsides lol
