    Well today is a rest day but I am hoping to get my 3 mile walk in before the storms start this evening.
  • Today was my rest day,but I can't seem to make myself have a rest day.I did Core 20 and felt like I should have done more.so tomorrow is Fire 30,but I am going to do Fire 60 and see how many calories I burn.

    for those of you that have already started TF, it's so nice to hear your results so far. So Week 1 begins this sunday for me. I plan on doing the Inferno plan in week 2. I'm hesitant to spend the money on Shakeology - can anyone rec any other comparable brands? Does anyone use the recovery formula?

    in complete randomness, i am completely fan-girling/gleeking out at the warbler's version of Keane's "Somewhere Only We Know." Any Glee fans out there? that.was.awesome.

    I love Glee! Haven't seen the latest episode yet, but I checked out the song and it's definitely awesome. Since I'm doing the HIIT 20 workout today I should have enough time to watch after. =)
  • My plan is to start on Monday (Turba Jam though)...i'm so excited!!

    I am also very interesed in the shakeology drinks...does anyone have anything to say about them...i looked into them and read great things about them, but the price turned me off a little bit...

    Anyone mind if a man chimes in? I am on a couple of other TF threads. There's not many other men on boards talking about TF. I have completed the 9 weeks prep program and the first 12 weeks of the TF program. In 12 weeks I lost 25 lbs and I plan on going through week 20.

    I completed HIIT 25 and Sculpt 30.

    Hello, everyone! I'm Cee and will be beginning a TF/CLX hybrid on May 16. I know TF has a 20-week hybrid calendar but I found a 90-day hybrid that I may try first. Twenty weeks is just such a long time! :laugh: Plus, I'm going on a cruise in July so the faster I can move, the better! I'm currently doing Insanity, which is why I won't start the hybrid until the 16th. I'd love to join in if you guys will have me!

    Today was HIIT 15 and Tone 30, I burned 437 calories. I prefer CLX way more than the Tone and Sculpt for TurboFire.

    I did Fire 30 again today. It was much easier to keep up with her this time. I felt great all day and I'm looking forward to tomorrow. I think tomorrow is Fire 45... maybe. I can't remember. Great work today everyone! :happy:

    This month of Turbo Fire is extremely hard for me, most of the days consist of fire 60, 55 EZ, 45 ,45 EZ, the longer workouts , only 2 more weeks then on to week 17:drinker:

    My Turbo Fire DVD set should be here Friday, tomorrow! Can't wait to start. Never done anything like this and am going to try to do the 12 week challenge. I'm a bit intimidated by the schedule: working out 6 days a week. I have NEVER EVER done that. Eeeek!

    I've never worked out for 6 days a week either... but this is just such a motivating program and it doesn't feel like you're going to die at the end of your week-cycle. It's good stuff!!! :) And it helps so much that it's something you can do at home!

    I've had a look at turbo fire and I like the look of it but I think I'd have to build up to the program, I had a go the other day and I thought I was average in the fitness department but wow! Lol

    Did Fire 45 EZ and Stretch 10 today. Burned 558 calories. By the time I was done my workout clothes were soaked in sweat and I smelled like a man. God I love it!!!!!!!!

    Got my set in mail today. Did Fire30/Stretch10 and WOW - it donkey kicked me in the chest. It was HARD, and I only did the "new to class" version. Realize I'm coming from being in ZERO shape so hopefully I will get stronger and have more energy. Going to acquaint myself with her choreography/moves over the weekend (it's all new to me) and will officially start my 12 week challenge on Monday, god help me.

    cookie - wasn't planning on doing the inferno plan, just a little scared of that honestly. Eating between 1400 - 1600 calories a day right now is pretty hard for me so 1200 a day might send me over the edge. I might try it later when I feel more confident and less hungry tho. :smile:
