    Wed: 671 (arm day with weights and 25 min of HIIT on the elliptical---2 mile walk to store pushing stroller and walking dog)
    Thurs: accidental off day lol migraine :(
    Fri: 485 (weights with interval cardio & HIIT 30 min on the treadmill)
