    Wed: 472 (60 min walk with hills)
    Thur: 212 (Ripped in 30)
    Fri: 610 (20 min walk, 40 min run/walk)
    Sat: 244 (60 mins leisure walking)
    Sun: 582 (83 mins stationary bike)

    Total: 2937
    Left to go: 563

    Tues: 546(chalean, 60min walking)
    Wed: 800 (kickboxing boot camp 60min and Arc Trainer 25min)
    Thur:350 (35min zumba)
    Frid: 534 ( Chalean 45min 300, elleptical 20 min 334)
    Sat:237 (walking for 5hrs slow pace)
    Sun:200 (walking for 5hrs slow pace)

    Left to go: 63
