    Weekly goal - 360 minutes

    Monday - zero
    Tuesday - 36 minutes - walking (215 calories HRM)
    Wednesday - 113 minutes - softball, 2 hip hop abs workouts (677 calories)
    Thursday - 70 minutes - walking, Hip hop abs (602 calories HRM)
    Friday - 20 minutes - push ups
    Saturday - 51 minutes (walking/jogging)

    Total - 290 minutes (1,896 calories)
    Left - 70 minutes (almost there, but will have to get in a good work out tomorrow)

    Monday: 45 minutes treadmill, 60 minutes, yoga - day total: 105 minute

    Tuesday: 60 minutes krav maga - day total: 60 minutes

    Wednesday: nothing (bad Nikki!)

    Thursday: 60 minutes krav maga - day total: 60 minutes

    Friday: 45 minutes treadmill, 75 minutes yoga - day total: 120 minutes

    Saturday: 45 minutes elliptical, 90 minutes krav maga - day total: 135 minutes

    Week total - 480 minutes for the week!!

    And tomorrow, I'm sitting on my derriere!

    Monday: work out Elliptical training: 20 min and 659 calories ( max 10 incline and max 100 resistance with a stride of 62)
    Stationary bike: 26 min and 200 calories (level 10 with speed of 14-16)
    Weight training: Pull down 4 sets of 25 w/50lbs, pull backs 3 sets of 15 w/50lbs


    Total hours: 1 hour and 30 minutes Calories burn: 859


    Wednesday: 30 DS -25 minutes and 405 calories
    Also try to make 5000+ steps a day a work..
    Total 120 minutes and 1264 calories
    Thursday:walk on lunch 5600 steps /went out dancing so I know I burn some calories
    Friday: sick
    Saturday:sick but did some weight training

    Mission accomplished!!! 360 min of cardio is definitely a challenge for me. Next week I am counting it all!:laugh: I don't think I have 2 weeks in me. Maybe I will alternate until I feel I can do 2 weeks straight not counting weight training.

    This is great motivation, when I didn't feel like working out I remembered I had to get my minutes. Thanks I got more minutes in just to meet the challenge.

    There was a free Zumba open house in my area from 6:30 to 8:30, so I thought I would take advantage of it! I did the first hour, and then stayed for 40 minutes of the second hour. Wow, what a workout, challenging but a lot of fun!!

    It looks like people are off to a good start this week, some pretty lofty goals, wow!! Good luck to all.

    Hello everyone....

    Yesterday, my hubs and I cleaned out the laundry room and put in storage units....then, we cleaned out our bedroom closet...I did tons of laundry as well (hours & hours of house re-organizing)

    Today, stripping wallpaper (90), walked to son's ballgame and back (25 minutes)

    Tomorrow, cleaning garage and attic, anticipate another 2 hours doing that and setting up for garage sale

    I have not been logging my time or calories this week....but, know, that I am non-stop this week getting ready for major home improvement projects and a huge @ss garage sale.

    I am exhausted:yawn:
