Weekly goal - 360 minutes
Monday - zero
Tuesday - 36 minutes - walking (215 calories HRM)
Wednesday - 113 minutes - softball, 2 hip hop abs workouts (677 calories)
Thursday - 70 minutes - walking, Hip hop abs (602 calories HRM)
Friday - 20 minutes - push ups
Total - 239 minutes (1,494 calories)
Left - 121 minutes0 -
So they have challeges on this site too huh? I would like to try this! (Even know it will be the seventh when I start) is that ok? I want to take you up on this challege~! (Even know most likely the 360 min will be dog walking which burns almost no calories ^^;)0

Remember even if you don't make it the important thing is you tried and you probably did more than you would have done if you were not doing the challenge.....:-) So it is all good!!:flowerforyou: Pat yourself on the back and there is always next week!
Today's workout for me was sluggish.:grumble: I wanted to do more but my legs would not let me. It is about time for me to take a rest day.:ohwell: I will see if I can complete the 360 tomorrow. I think I may do a 1 mile DVD just to make sure I get my 360......:-)

Yay, only 42 minutes to do tomorrow!! That will work well, with it being Mother's Day and all. Thanks again to y'all for setting up this challenge, I definitely pushed myself harder that I would have. Hopefully it is going to help me with the May 5-lb loss challenge as well. Everybody seems to be doing great, some serious exercisers here!

I saw this post late but, I wanna join I will post progress each friday & I will post tomorrow what I have done so far yaayah what a great challenge0

Monday: work out Elliptical training: 20 min and 659 calories ( max 10 incline and max 100 resistance with a stride of 62)
Stationary bike: 26 min and 200 calories (level 10 with speed of 14-16)
Weight training: Pull down 4 sets of 25 w/50lbs, pull backs 3 sets of 15 w/50lbs
Total hours: 1 hour and 30 minutes Calories burn: 859
Wednesday: 30 DS -25 minutes and 405 calories
Also try to make 5000+ steps a day a work..
Total 120 minutes and 1264 calories
Thursday:walk on lunch 5600 steps /went out dancing so I know I burn some calories
Friday: sick
Saturday:sick but did some weight training0 -
Mission accomplished!!! 360 min of cardio is definitely a challenge for me. Next week I am counting it all!:laugh: I don't think I have 2 weeks in me. Maybe I will alternate until I feel I can do 2 weeks straight not counting weight training.
