    I made it through!!! Made it two weeks.

    Monday - 60 minutes- softball game (275 calories)
    Tuesday 106 minutes - walking/jogging, Turbo Jam (867 calories HRM)
    Wednesday - none
    Thursday - none
    Friday - 60 minutes - Turbo Jam (421 calories HRM)
    Saturday - 290 minutes - 5 softball games (1,345 calories)
    Sunday - 77 minutes - elliptical, walking (583 calories HRM)

    Total 593 minutes; 3,491 calories.

    Strength Training: Dual axis row 4 set 15 reps 50lbs and bench press machine 4 set 15 reps 50lb
    Total minutes 75 calories 774

    Tuesday: Elliptical: 40 minutes 1410 calories and treadmill: 20 minutes calories 258
    Strength Training: Triceps pulldown 4 set 25 reps70lbs and dual axis row 2 set 10 rep 50lbs
    Total minutes 75 minutes calories 1668

    Wednesday: Elliptical: 40 minutes 1323 calories bicycling: 15 minutes calories 150
    I did a boxing class but forgot to put my HRM back on.. Do not know how to count the calories 1 hr. 15 minutes

    Thursday: Rest boxing class kick my butt.. :-)
    Friday: Walk 30 minutes on lunch break 210 calories

    I've fallen off the wagon and gotten run over by it, I need to get back on:cry:

    We have just finished moving all the furniture from the living, dining and kitchen area and had the wood floors refinished...tomorrow, we get to move that all back...I will be glad to be back on my normal workout schedules. I can't wait for landscaping projects for better calorie burn:ohwell:

    Yes, Alice, I am committing to at least 30 minutes on the elliptical today and work from 3 to 11

    Other than moving the furniture, it was painless...the company I used was called New Glow, they use a dustless system now...I bought their Groupon off the web...I think we have 500'ish square feet and the cost was 920.00.

    It's been 12 years since they were done...the difference is amazing, it returned so much of the oak color back and took out lots of gray areas...we have 4 kids, 2 dogs and 1 cat...so, lots of traffic patterns...we can't stop looking at it, even the kids say how nice it looks
