    total so far: 419 minutes/2905 calories

    the race went really well!!!! finished in 2:33:55 which is a 9:56 minute pace...i am quite happy :) relaxing the rest of today and hoping for a short run tomorrow to stretch out my sore muscles

    Tue: 48 min - walking brisk pace (16), EA Active Sports/Kinect (32) - 148 min done
    Wed: 50 min - 30-Day Shred level two (20), Cardio/Strength DVD (30) - 198 min done
    Thu: 40 min - walking brisk pace - 238 min done
    Fri: 38 min - walking brisk pace - 276 min done
    Sat: 42 min - walking brisk pace - 318 min done/42 to go

    Congratulations to Andrea on completing the 25K race (wow that is amazing!!), and Kim on her successful sale. Well done.

    I have been busy, lots of social/family commitments this weekend, so not much time to exercise, but I make sure I at least get a good walk in with the dog! I hope everyone is having a nice weekend as well!

    Monday - 60 minutes- softball game (275 calories)
    Tuesday 106 minutes - walking/jogging, Turbo Jam (867 calories HRM)
    Wednesday - none
    Thursday - none
    Friday - 60 minutes - Turbo Jam (421 calories HRM)
    Saturday - 290 minutes - 5 softball games (1,345 calories)
    Sunday - 77 minutes - elliptical, walking (583 calories HRM)

    Total 593 minutes; 3,491 calories.

    I did a boxing class but forgot to put my HRM back on.. Do not know how to count the calories 1 hr. 15 minutes
