    Post your picture up on Photobucket, in a folder that has no spaces in the name (mine is called MFP), and be sure the picture has no spaces in the name as well. Copy the link that has the [ IMG ] and [ /IMG ] tags. Paste it into your post, and change the capitols to [ img ] and [ /img ] (without the spaces).

    That's it!

    I am considering posting a picture after I get rid of my poison ivy. Until then, I will check out the sexy ladies.

    So here goes my bathing suit pic took me a couple days but finally got up the courage... as well as talked my daughter into taking the pic for me. It's now my main pic.:wink:

    don't want to do this...but i guess it will keep me accountable. look's bad now, but better than i did 25 lbs ago. can't wait to have the after tummy tuck pictures...i'll have to wait for january for that.

    You look great. I had to re-look at your pic, re-read your post, and look at your pic again. I don't see why you think you need a tummy tuck as you look great.

    for posting pics of yoruselves, I would recomend uploading them to your profile, instead of photobucket. Upload them to your profile, hen do a right click and go to properties, copy the address from there (should end in jpg)

    then do <img> drop in copied content<\img>

    instead of < use [ and instead of > use ] and it should work for you.
