Walked .58 and ran 3.68 miles today, so my total is up to 48.5 for the month.
Rough one today. I woke up early, and as soon as I got my shoes on, we had a thunderstorm. Then I waited too long to get out the door. It was still cooler and overcast when I left the house, then the sun came out and turned everything to steam. Bleah. Still averaged a good pace, though, even with a walk break in the middle.0 -

i walked everyday in june but i got lazy logging in the miles to my ticker. i need to add up what ive done for july. june was hard for me my dad was very sick and passed away june 15. and im more motivated now to do better so i can make him proud in every aspect in my life.0

4 km run this morning. We'd planned to go for a nice long bike ride today but the skies have totally opened up. Did I mention that I'm camping??? Uggg! I guess sitting in the rain at the campground is better than sitting in the rain at home. Happy July-uary0

According to my footsteps app I went 2.79 miles last night, I don't know, I'm pretty sure that it was a bit further than that. Oh and that was my first walk with my new NewBalance Rock n Tone sneakers on....wow do my legs ache!0

MAJOR SETBACK TODAY. Yesterday I had to go to the doctor cause my staph infection was only getting worse. They cut it open and dug out some infection but they cut very deep and now they have to pack it everyday. Today I was told I couldn't run until it was completely healed....and that I will probably not be able to do the half marathon in August! I COULD CRY! They did say I could bike as much as I wanted and that if I could bike long and hard daily, that I could MAYBE keep my cardio up enough to be able to attempt the race, but that they doubted it would be healed in time to run much before it. UGH
I will still get my miles in though if it kills me. I will bike until I can't bike anymore!0 -

only did half my goal yesterday but i'm getting to my 5 min mile goal!! i was at 6 mins 40 secs about but yesterday i did a mile in 6 mins pretty happy about that0

Yaya - I know it might not seem like much, but I do believe that I have met the 1/2 way mark on my goal and it's only the 14! Yaaay.
