    Well I was a lazy bum today everyone!! I procrastinated all day! :grumble: Tomorrow hitting the gym on vacation day!!

    This week my goal is to do 300 min in cardio (50 min a day) and 150 min weights for a total of 450 min:

    Goal 450 min week 7/4/11:
    Weight 7/4/11 is 340

    Mon: rest day! :wink:

    Monday=45 minutes Zumba on the Wii-burned 288 calories (I think, I don't think my HRM is very accurate).
    Weight=193 pounds

    And, I moved all my furniture and cleaned the floors so that counts, right?? :bigsmile:

    Had a busy day today with the kids on holidays, shopping and a meeting this afternoon. Going to take today as a rest day, have my personal trainer at the gym tomorrow so should get a decent workout!!

    Hello all!!!

    My Monday was 120 min walking which MFP says burned 377 calories. I didn't wear my HRM because we were watching the fireworks, so I'll go with the estimate. Hope to get a good run in tonight!

    Not a bad start to this week. I only know my cals for my turbo fire so I'll forgo the calorie counting this week.

    tuesday: 3.8 mile run 43/339, walk 72/233

    total so far: 280 minutes/1356 calories
    to go: 80 minutes/1144 calories

    amazing how much packing all day can help earn some minutes already this month! :)

    Peeps, I lost 2.4 lbs this week for my weigh-in. I am sooo excited. :drinker: I have been stuck at 173 for a month. :grumble: This afternoon 171.2, 160s here I come :wink:
