Well VJ and Kim I know I am not going to make it this week. I am going to do something today and tomorrow but will be good if I get 200 min this week. Got on the scale this morning and I am up also which is understandable. Family reunion and off 3 days to, so today I am hoping back on the wagon!

Ok, so that's 440 minutes and 3394 calories gone! This is the first time I've exercised for 7 days in a row (I ran last Sunday too) since I didn't have to work on Monday with the holiday! Usually I work 10 hours on Monday so it's my "rest" day for exercise!!!! Looking forward to seeing what I can do next week!0 -

Friday, 30 Mins treadmill, burned 120 calories
Saturday , 40 Mins running (well more slow jogging but I'm getting there!!) 5kms and 20mins walking

I was going to jump on the treadmill tonight to make the last 30mins but I have been at a 4 year olds Birthday party all day today and I am exhausted!! Oh well I will get there next week!!
Even though I did'nt manage the entire 360 minutes this week I am still pretty happy. Yesterday I ran my first 5km, I have been trying to do C25K for ages and have struggled to keep doing it consistantly. So I decided to just run and see how I went.... I did 5.05km in 36mins, slow but not too bad for my first time and something I can improve on :happy:0 -

I am hoping to finish the week with 30 minute of bikeriding to son's ballgame and 60 minutes C25K & dogwalking...although it's supposed to be 90 degrees today. I may have to wait until much later into the early evening. I would like to at least hit the 300 mark.

I feel like week 5 is going to be a lot more challenging than I thought for the C25K...I think I will make it a 2 week project instead of one...I can barely finish the 5 minutes, let alone do 20 by the end of the week. But, I will get there. It might just take a little longer.0 -

Hello all, just had to let you know I am still alive and kicking. Still crazy busy or crazy and busy, not sure! Will post workouts as soon as I have time later today. Most are applied exercise but lots of calories burned. Good thoughts for all, Alice0
