    Well VJ and Kim I know I am not going to make it this week. I am going to do something today and tomorrow but will be good if I get 200 min this week. Got on the scale this morning and I am up also which is understandable. Family reunion and off 3 days to, so today I am hoping back on the wagon!

    Tuesday = 40 minutes = 400 calories
    Wednesday = 75 minutes = 390 calories
    Thursday = 70 minutes = 828 calories
    Friday = 30 minutes = 274 calories
    Saturday = 105 minutes = 1125 calories

    Ok, so that's 440 minutes and 3394 calories gone! This is the first time I've exercised for 7 days in a row (I ran last Sunday too) since I didn't have to work on Monday with the holiday! Usually I work 10 hours on Monday so it's my "rest" day for exercise!!!! Looking forward to seeing what I can do next week!

    Tues: 7/5 15 minutes walking.....did the c25k yesterday and my knee is hurting again!
    Wed. 7/6: resting the knee!

    My knee is still hurting and I haven't exercised since Tuesday! Not making it this week. Really hope I can get going again soon!

    Monday, 110 minutes, 75mins at the gym this morning and 35mins on the treadmill tonight, burned 707 calories
    Tuesday, 0 Mins
    Wednesday, 85 minutes, 30mins with PT and 55mins on cardio machines at the gym, burned 515 calores
    Thursday, 0 Mins
    Friday, 30 Mins treadmill, burned 120 calories
    Saturday , 40 Mins running (well more slow jogging but I'm getting there!!) 5kms and 20mins walking
    Sunday, 45 Mins at the gym

    Total: 330

    Oh so close :happy:

    I was going to jump on the treadmill tonight to make the last 30mins but I have been at a 4 year olds Birthday party all day today and I am exhausted!! Oh well I will get there next week!!

    Even though I did'nt manage the entire 360 minutes this week I am still pretty happy. Yesterday I ran my first 5km, I have been trying to do C25K for ages and have struggled to keep doing it consistantly. So I decided to just run and see how I went.... I did 5.05km in 36mins, slow but not too bad for my first time and something I can improve on :happy:

    Saturday, nada damn thing...went car shopping at dealership all morning and afternoon; ball tournaments; dinner, wine and bed

    I am hoping to finish the week with 30 minute of bikeriding to son's ballgame and 60 minutes C25K & dogwalking...although it's supposed to be 90 degrees today. I may have to wait until much later into the early evening. I would like to at least hit the 300 mark.

    Total 194 minutes...1517 calories

    Amanda, 330 minutes is something to be proud of

    Wow! Total for the week... 520 minutes and 3626 calories gone! Yay! Starting over next week, right??? I know it may not be this high again, but I'm thrilled!
