    L1D4 completed! My boyfriend did it with me to support me .... when he had to take a break half way through he was surprised that it was not nearly as easy as it looks. Now he's determined to do it with me so he can complete level 1. HA! Jillian hooked another one!

    L1D4 done! Did better than yesterday. I can now do all the jumping jacks without irritating my sciatic more than it already is. Progress!!! :bigsmile:

    Day 3 Level 1 complete. Feeling better about my endurance but the soreness is increasing! Hoping to really see some results!

    How is everyone doing on their food intake? I am currently logging in Weight watchers and not on myfitnesspal.

    I just finished L1D4! I was not as sore this morning as I have been on days past. But that did not mean I didn't feel the burn doing the workout today!

    Anyone else use a HRM to mark cals burned doing the 30DS? Mine has been steadily increasing cals burned since I started. Anyone else noticing that?

    My legs are hurting worse today then they did yesterday. Slightly worried about my workout tonight.
    I can't wait for all this to end so I can even walk normally again. Tightness in my calves are a b*tch.

    I hope it's not to late to join!!! just did L1 D1 this am :) just diagnosed with hashimotos a few weeks ago and changing diet and exercise to help feel better. Hope to get some pics and measurements sometime this week but need to wait for husband to help :) Good luck all!

    D3L1 ... its getting better ... still sore and still sweating liking crazy but I know it will be worth the pain and suffering when I get my end results in 27 days :) !!!

    I finished my first day L1D1. I made it through it. I feel great!!! How long does it take before you see results? How do we log this in our exercise? I didn't see it on the list?

    It can be logged as a circuit exercise.


    I just did L1D3, my legs were KILLING me all day, but they didn't give me a huge problem during my workout.. i just hope they feel better today.

    Okay so I just finished L1D1 and definately felt it. My arms were burning so bad when I was trying to fix my hair for work this morning. Guess thats a good thing though!!! :)

    I started 30DS on July 16th and would love to join! I didn't take pics, but I did take all my measurements. L1D4 done today and my calves are finally not killing me!

    I am not near as sore this morning as I thought I would be. I guess my body is adjusting. I feel awesome and a sense of accomplishment when I complete each work out. Thank you guys for giving me the motivation to do it. It does help to know I am not doing it alone.

    L1D5 complete... not too bad, except that I decided to do a short jog on the treadmill before (18 min total, 12 min jogging). Yeah - it definitely made the workout tougher. Other than that, it's defeinitely getting more manageable and nothing is too sore, aside from my calves - but I think that's from doing both C25k and 30DS each day...

    Day 4 Level 1 Complete! Hurting today, no pain no gain right?

    My food intake is good today too! Sunday I ate at PF Changs and was hungry the rest of the day and all day yesterday. Feeling better today.

    How did everyone else do?

    I'll probably be able to do better now. I finally have an air conditioner!

    I've been dying these last couple days doing the workouts in the 90 degree + heat index days/nights.

    L1D5 finished for me! I am not stiff/achy like I have been. I still felt it in my upper arms/shoulders and my quads though!! Whew!

    Uh oh! I missed yesterday and on top of that I was a bad girl with my food :embarassed:

    In about 20 mins time I plan on warming up on the elliptical then doind L1D5 and L1D6 back to back. Its not going to be pleasant but I will see how I go. I need a kick up he backside every now and then so it should be good.

    Wow, that's impressive. It makes me not want to skip a day because I think your kick up the backside might kill me. Kudos to you for making it up!
