well ladies and gents-i am officially a p90x grad!!! just wrapped up day 90 with some yoga x. i am taking all next week off and then starting it back up again the following monday. i plan to stick with the schedule until p90x 2 ships in then start that. keep up the great work y'all

Core Synergistics last tonight. Today's supposed to be Yoga, but I have a late conference call with California and I'm supposed to go out for dinner, so Yoga X might not happen today. I've actually never been upset about pushing back a workout until today. Hopefully I can get it in, but if not then tomorrow for sure and I'll be a P90x grad as well!
I gave in and took some measurements and photos 2 days ago just to see and i'm gonna do them again on Friday, but I am so happy. Obviously various body fat measurements aren't exactly 100% accurate, but I'm now somewhere in the range of 18-20%, which is exactly where I wanted to be.0 -
