    Total: 15!!

    Beat my normal of 3 miles a week!!! I'm happy with 15 miles total~~

    Ok my final check in is 15.87miles for the week...start weight 172lbs...today's weight 167.5...wow even I'm amazed at that loss :)

    i walk to work at least 3 times a week so i was pretty happy to see the challenge was something i am currently doing...makes me feel good :happy: 18 miles total...on to the next one

    hey ladies we managed to walk a total of 172.4 miles this week and a total weight loss and 18.3lbs loss with 2 people left to record there weight.
    im so proud of you all :) however the winner of the challenge this week goes to leanne3552000 with an amazing 39.7 miles :)
    and clare had the biggest loss of 5.8lbs

    the challenge for this week isto do 100-200 sit ups a day - they can be crunches/full ones any kind as long as u feel the burn :)

    mini challeneges: do not weigh until ur weigh day and try another 10 miles this week

    Just walked 9.6 miles, so only 0.4 left for the week. I do the 30DS too, but I've no idea how many sit ups I've done today - I promise I shall count them tomorrow :)

    i put on 1lbs so i am officialy the worse member last week. m off to the gym now to do my 3 miles and sit ups :) xx

    5.35 miles done today, so 14.95 miles for the week. Only managed 40 crunches though - I shall try to fit some in before bed and update tomorrow :)

    opps I didn't see this new challenge yesterday. Luckily I did 50 crunches anyway. I'll just have to do extra today.
    Think I would have done at least 15km yesterday as well.

    Monday- 15km and 50 crunches.

    We all have our bad weeks Toni. Put it in the past and focus on the week ahead :)

    I made a mistake yesterday! I did double than what I wrote down!!

    Sunday - 220 sit-ups
    Monday - 115 sit-ups

    Also last weeks challange has motivated me to keep track of my miles everyday!!

    Sunday - 5.5miles
    Monday 5.5miles

    Well done everyone!! You are all doing amazingly well!!
