hi ladies im sorry but i havent done any of the challenges yet as ive been stuck in work and ive woken up today with the most horrible headach...

Hi all. Hope everything is going well. Last week I didn't do so hot, but I'm off to a decent start this week. Already have more miles than I did at the end of last week! And I made a delicious, healthy meal tonight. So, I'm in a pretty good mood Here's what I've accomplished so far this week:
A) 100 sit-ups
20 star jumps
C) 7.5 miles
D) 10 push-ups0 -

however were is everyone else???
i think im going to start a new thread tonight called HALOWEEN BABES 2 CLOSED GROUP and then see who is still in this group as it seems there is only a handfull of us left! (plus i wont have to sive through all the posts eeytime i want to see what you ahve written.
let me know if you think this is a good idea??

sounds good to me as well.
not had a good week this week as i suffer on occassions from really bad back problems.
been ill with it since monday, however i did manage 80 mins walking with the dog on tuesday and 55 minutes with the dog today.
will try and catch up if not this week - next week

No idea on sit ups for the day, but I'm planning on doing 71 shortly! Doing the same challenges next week would be a good idea - this week is off the rails as I have John home on a week off work and he's getting under my feet, although it does allow me to go for a walk in the evenings, so swings and roundabouts really.
