    I think I'm down 2 pounds....weighed in on the WII fit but going to the gym to weigh in tonight for a more accurate reading

    From last Friday, down 4.0 lbs...from Aug 1st, down 1.7. Not sure which one I was meant to track, so there's them both.

    This means it is pizza day today, right? ....right? >.>

    My starting weight as of Friday 7/29 was 133.
    Today, Friday, 8/5, it's 130.7 ! That's 2.3 gone! (Mother nature helped with that. :) gotta love her! :)

    As far as the 500/day.... *sigh* I must go to the back of the line... I've done my exercises, etc., and I'm sure I could've stepped it up several notches, but I had no way to measure how many calories I was actually burning. My Polar FT4 has been shipped! Any day now it'll be here & I promise to be a better participant.

    I am confused. originally the challenge said burn an "extra 500 calories/day"...extra meaning in addition to what you already do? Or 500 TOTAL for the day, for a TOTAL weekly caloric burn of 3500?

    great job everyone!!!

    if you lost weight, AWESOME!!! if you didn't lose no worries, just stick to it, remember to drink lots of water, eat enough calories and make every workout count!

    i've lost 2.2.
    sw (7/29) - 205.7
    today (8/05) - 203.5

    and i've burned 3058 calories mon-thurs, so i still have a couple days to burn at least an additional 1000 calories :)

    not sure. if it was an additional 500 calories/day then it was an epic fail for me. but if it was just to do a minimum of 500 a day then i did pretty good :)

    This week was not my week. But I will not give up. I will simply vow to do better next week and enjoy my friday. :)

    being wrapped up in my own nonsense i did not meet my goals for this week....HOWEVER you all have inspired me and instead of going to the movies after work, i'm going to workout...and definitely get my workout on this weekend!!! Next week will be better!!!!:ohwell:

    I seriously hope its not an extra 500 a day on top of what we're already doing.:noway:
