Swam 2 miles at 5:30 this morning. Then another 2 miles with my daughter at 5PM. She did 1 mile while I two.
I guess you could say it was a totally gross day. A gross of laps.:bigsmile:0 -

Morning Ausara yoga class -
Followed by bodyweight exercises including negative pullups, and squats with a rucksac filled with 120lb sand. Finished off with kettlebell routine.
