    At 6:30am - Have my bike inside on a bike trainer and biked for 75 minutes
    At 9:15am - Went to yoga for 1 hour, was nice because I didn't have to warm up before yoga - did that with the biking.

    Half an hour walk and then 40 minutes strength exercises - felt really good afterwards!
    It's funny how I get moody if I don't do anything!
    Erm... motivated now :)

    Fixing my front fence, after getting paint & hardware from the store. Then 40 mins of Tiffany Rothe workouts, before cooking & cleaning.

    Ahhhhhhhhhh another normal day. But I miss my run :(

    Pruning a couple of big trees in the house yard and moving the branches to the stable in another yard.

    Push mowing the house yard.

    2 school runs deliberately parking 10 minutes walk away from school. (Which provides both welcome exercise and avoids the mindless traffic madness in front of the school).

    A few push ups when I feel the need.

    A pretty big day for me ...

    Monday's exercise was ended up being pretty intense cardio... about 200 steps (as in climbing stairs) and about 2 miles of power walking. I'll be so sore when I wake up, lol

    7.2k run (corporate challenge)
    Indoor soccer final
