Arnold press mixed with hammer curls, minimal rest. I dunno, its fun. I like the coordination that the Arnold press requires.

Bicycle kicks and side bends (the latter with 20-lb weights) for the abs; 3 sets of 10 reps in both cases.
60 minutes on the Magne-Trainer at 12.25 mph, resistance level 4.75 (close to maximum).

    clearing snow!

    Thats hard work!

Today was CLX Lean Cuircuit 2. Day 59 done!
it was easier than i thought. I use a sno-eze.. but my heart rate was still averaging 145ish for about a half an hour.. wuhuuu i was so inspired i did my neighbor's too

How nice of you. Your neighbors are lucky
you're kind. I have to admit I largely did it for selfish reasons... (but I am acknowledging he's getting a little older!) I like burning all those calories... I did it again yesterday! I did my drive and only burned 96 so I did his too and got up to 65osomething... I did the back hill of his grass this summer too... just to burn calories. to be honest, it's the heart rate monitor I bought . I love it. it makes me do things!!!! everyone should use one..

It was too late to start stage 3, which would've taken over an hour, so I did Jackie Warner's Xtreme Timesaver Circuit Training, just to get some full body strength in. She don't mess around!
