    About to go get my butt handed to me by a bunch of Gumby people. The most dreaded workout I do is yoga. Go figure.

    1. lower body/abs day for me

    squats 3x8, 75 lbs.
    straight leg deadlifts 3x6, 70 lbs.
    lunges, 3x8, 70 lbs.
    bicycle crunch, 3x30
    hanging leg lift, 3x20

    2. cardio

    20 min on treadmill intervals,7.0 & 10mph

    LWi8 Agility X, 31 mins, 300 cals! I didn't put my all into the punch/kick combos because my left quad had a really bad pain all the sudden when I kicked, so I had to tone it down a little.

    Yesterday was an hour of circuit training, 30 minutes strength training, and 15 minutes on the stair master. Personal records were 370lbs and then 460lbs on seated leg press, 90 pounds on straight leg/hamstring deadlift, and 100lbs on weight squats. Today, it was 30 minutes (very brisk) on the treadmill at a 7.0 incline. I workout with circuits and strength 3-4 times a week, I am working on increasing cardio too.

    This morning, which is Memorial Day, I had an easier work out than usual. Body Pump and then a Yoga Flow class. Maybe walk later or practice some Body Combat for a little cardio. :)

    Early chest, triceps, and shoulders workout. Bench press, incline Dumbbell press, cable cross overs, pushdowns, skullcrusher, close grip bench, lateral raises, upright rows, and bent over delt rows. :P

    My exercise for the day: Day 1 of C25K - bring it on! Will see how the legs feel later and might do a round with Jillian Michaels too.
