    I walked for 30 minutes on my treadmill this morning (3.0 mph) and will walk 40 minutes tonight when I get home. :)

    And tonight after dinner me, my partner and our son will go for a 1 hour walk around the lake, then back home for more Wii Fit fun.

    thats tonights gym sesh, most important thing is I enjoy it, I dont do it to get big numbers, just until my body says, Ive had enough for today
