What a day.
Looking forward to a rest day tomorrow and then beating the crap out of week 30 -
Ok...here's my prelim report for the day!!
Food: I think I have PLENTY of cals left since I have almost 1,500 left for the day!! Dinner shouldn't take near that many!
Water: Alread over, more to come!!
Exercise: Soooo...here's what I did.... I did the Leslie Sansome 4 Fast Miles DVD WITH the "boosted walking".... I did the first mile, THEN, started it over again. So, I'm counting the 4 miles as my workout, but the one mile extra as my challenge mile. I was SO tempted to say, ok, three miles count as my workout and one as my extra, but when I got going, I talked myself into doing it RIGHT!! 40 Shoulder presses with 5-lb dumbells...I love the burn in muscles when lifting!! 50 crunches....with an extra 5 lb weight...DONE!!!! Sing it with me....."I feeeeel goood..." just make sure you throw that James Brown scream in there too!!!
Shower, then PF Changs...YUMMMMMMMMMMMM!!!0 -
Thank for the updates everyone and incredible effort today!!! Saturday is my day OFF, so I do the last day on Sundays. Today I only walked 2 miles, but tomorrow when most of you rest, I will be kicking it!!!

Water - enough sloshing - 120 oz., but will drink more since I intend to liquify myself with bacardi tonight!

Under on calories: I will be! I HAVE TO BE! Over 2 days in an row is no bueno.
I realize I'm still behind on my miles. I was going to catch up with 4 miles today and leave 3 miles for tomorrow but my damn gym closes at 8 on Saturday nights (I've never gone on a Sat. nite to know) and got there at 7:40. Yeah. I busted out 3 miles on the crossramp and stationary bike in 22 minutes! lol
Scared about tomorrow's weigh in... because I was over last night & the night before and when I weighed today, it wasn't pretty...and I'm SUPER over on sodium today. Oie. Plus, I lifted today and lifted a little heavier on some of the exercises so I could be holding water tomorrow from that as well, sigh. Either way, I am pushing myself and I LOVE it. I love doing my workout and knowing I still have MORE to do, lol!
PS - SO glad that our team challenge this week is just crunches. I can manage crunches. All this cardio is getting SO frickin boring, lol.0 -

I've got my 7 miles in for the challenge, above my regular. That was 10 miles for me this week. I overdid it and my legs and feet are feeling it, but I feel good that I was able to do what I committed to do. That's very out of character for me, and proves to me that my mindset is really changing for the better when it comes to fitness and health. Hope you have a blessed day!!0 -
Today went well, under cals, water finished and did an extra 2miles to achieve my 6 miles towards team goal.
