Finally got my recipe done:
Banana Bread (Mini loafs)
3 Bananas (mashed)
1 Cup Sugar
2 Cups Flour
2 Lrg Eggs
1/2 Cup Unsweetened Butter (softened)
1/2 t. salt
1 t. Baking Soda
Pam cooking spray
Preheat oven to 350 F
Mix all ingredients, excluding cooking spray.
Lightly coat mini loaf pan with cooking spray
Add mixture
Bake for 28 minutes (times vary)
(if using regular bread pan cook time is 60 minutes approx)
Per serving:
Calories - 244
Carbs - 30
Fat - 6
Protein - 4
Fiber - 20 -

Hey team..
I've been MIA today because I wasn't able to go in to work. Some of you know (via email or my status) that I've been in alot of pain recently. I've been having trouble with my legs every since we did the squat challenge and when I did that BF class, it just threw my body into some sort of shock. Yesterday, I could hardly walk! Today, I'm better.. but every step I take is difficult. I read all the messages I'd missed and it made me so frustrated because even though I'm in agony.. I pushed and completed every challenge... no matter how long it took... because I didn't want to let the team down!

Now, I realize that some seem to have had a sudden health epiphany and got on the ball today... but, I'm wondering how long will it last? I'm really hoping that it will last!!! But, time will tell.

LOL - cheers Lori but I can tell you now I haven't been such a glowing spirit the last couple of days but made a conscious effort to pick up my game when I got out of bed today. I've also just realised I have one more exercise challenge to complete for the team and they are the Globe jumps so will do it when I get home.
Meanwhile, I have been able to add another mile to the teams challenge.

Hi Guys, for today's challenge if we run or jog, instead of stair climbing, does anyone know how long we have to run or job. I typically walk and not used to running or jogging so a time would definatly help me in the challenge.0

Gary just messaged me and said you can substitute the steps with ONE MILE of walking or jogging.

So today was another great day,

drunk all my water
Did ALL of the exercises, jumping jacks, global jumps, and I did 2 sets of 78 stairs = 156 steps!!! I felt bad not doing 100 all at one time hence the two sets, hope that's ok.

I don't think we can know where our team is ranked at the moment. We captains turn the info into Gary at the end of every week and he doesn't tell us who is in what place. Will have to wait until the very end of the month most likely. :-(0 -

Thanks for the prayers Lori.. much appreciated. Legs are feeling better! However, I woke up sick.. so, no work again today....ear, nose, and throat stuff.... went to the doctor... upper respiratory infection... got antibiotics... so, this should be knocked out in a few days. BUT, no time to rest... I have challenges to complete!!! LOL
My doctor was thrilled that I'd lost so much weight using MFP! After all the time and money spent preparing for WLS, I'm officially not doing it!!! Well, once I found this site it was official to me.. but today after I saw my doc, we ruled it out. I can and will do this on my own...the healthy way!
Oh, and as I was getting my prescriptions (she also gave me some anti-inflammatory meds for my legs) filled.... I saw some Nutella and bought it..... why oh why did I do that????? I've got to get it out the house asap! Its sooooooo good!! #dietsabotage

Well, I doubt its going to miraculously go down by Sunday....but because I slacked off Saturday, Sunday, and Monday last week, I'm up 4lbs. So I probably won't have any loss at all this week.0
