So did well today, under my cals, drank all my water and did my 50 squat kicks.

TY for all the updates everyone!!!! DEEPLY appreciated! Just got in from a 3 mile jog in the pouring rain. I kept thinking of the Nike ad campaign "NO EXCUSES" as I went around the track.

My favorite recipe is my substitute for ice cream:
1 small banana (broken into chunks and frozen)
1 cup Silk almond breeze
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 Tbsp whipped topping
Put all ingredients in blender and mix until smooth. This has a very rich taste!

** FYI To My Awesome Teammates**
- For the people who have a smart phone I got the Drinking Water app & it reminds you to drink water every hour. You can input how much you want to drink a day & can change the settings to when you want to be reminded and at what times. Great app.
- Also for the poeple who hate or dislike drinking water, I bought these flavored propel zero packets from walmart its 10 pack in a box for $1! They taste great & does NOT have an after taste with zero calories. with 1g of total carbs & 30mg sodium. I used them for about two weeks and now I dont really use them unless I am having a difficult time drinking my water.

I did my 50 squat kicks today, ran 3 miles and did step. Got enough water in me to float an ark and was under my calories and had the best dinner I've had in a long time.
REMEMBER I am having to drive nearly all day tomorrow and will be available either early am or late pm. If you need to get a hold of me PLEASE text me at 417-217-0625. I will take my laptop but no clue if I will have time to use it while traveling or not.
