Ladies: how many of you wear a bra to bed?

I wear as little as possible to bed, and that doesn't include a bra.
I decided to google it, and it seems there is no evidence that wearing a bra helps the ladies defy gravity later in life. In fact, some studies show that constantly wearing a bra does not allow the chest muscles (under the breasts) to "work out"... thus leading to *more* sagging.

i dont wear a bra to bed but i have been wanting to get one of those camisoles that flattens your stomach so it'll be like wearing a corset kinda but not quite as restricting and wear that to bed to see if i can shape my thick waist away. i read it works somewhere, guess it makes sense since ppl waist train with corsets and stuff.0

I have to say, no ladies bringing bras into MY bed Just IMHO :P
To answer your question, no bra to bed. No panties or any clothes at all... Sleeping naked is very liberating (and convenient ) :blushing:0 -
Just the one time, but it was Spring Break.
Pics or it didn't happen!! :laugh:0 -
I always wear a bra. Then, mine are big and fabulous and I want to keep them looking that way.0
-
I'd find it waaaaaaaaay too uncomfortable. It's nothing I've heard before either - I always thought the contrary?0
-
undergarments to bed?? why, that's preposterous!! :noway:0
-
Hell no. Besides, my boyfriend would have a fit if I tried to do that. Nekkid sleeping is the only way to go.0

I'm a 38 dd , sometimes I wear a bra..but the most natural and enjoyable way is to go free. Let the girls get some air. I have heard that sleeping on your chest booty up is damaging for your boobs..all that pressure is a no..no.. tha'ts my issues. They will sag eventually so I have decided to have a boob lift when it happends...lol0

Unless I am going out in public - and sometimes not even then - I don't wear one.
I started off as an A, got up to an F while breastfeeding, and have settled to a full B. I must be lucky that I think they're better looking now than before 2 years of nursing - my mom is the same way.0 -
nooooooooooooo
I have big boobies but its lovely to let them free at night time ;o)0 -
I dont wear a bra but i wear a loose fitting sports bra0

I almost always wear one! I don't wear regular bras to bed, but just those colored sports bras from Target. I think that is much more comfortable than not wearing one... I hate the feeling of not wearing a bra, especially if I'm wearing a shirt! Generally when I sleep I wear whatever pajama pants I like (or if it is really hot, just underwear) and a sports bra.0

I don't wear anything to bed...I've heard that saying as well and have also been told it's a myth.0

NO STINKIN' WAY!!! It's bad enough I have to wear one in public..I hate the things. As soon as I get home..or even sometimes in the car if I'm going home..off it comes..LOL..and at home never..and to bed..maybe undies..I shoulda been a nudist..LOL..Love being naked..hate the restriction of clothes..I mean I wear them..but hate to..LOL0

Hmmm. I sleep without a bra, unless I'm in the same room with lots of people who I don't want to be bra-less around, like on Christmas when all of us cousins are sprawled across the living room floor together (and yes, we are ALL adults, this is just a silly tradition that has kept on for some reason).
And when I was about 13 I was told that wearing a bra to bed would help to stop boobs from growing so quickly, and I hated my big boobs and believed that myth for a couple of YEARS.
But 99.9% of the time, I'm bra-free when I go to bed. And shirt-free, too... I don't like to wear much to bed.0 -
Personally I think bras should be banned and any woman caught wearing them should be fined $250, per boob. Just my expert opinion.0

camisole - never am comfortable letting the kids free.0

Well, I hate wearing the traditional underwire during the day and can't wait to rip that thing off when I get home from work. Most of the time I just wear a tank with a self bra.... but that really doesn't support anything. It just prevents them from flopping all over the place. :P If I'm wearing any other type of shirt to bed, I will wear a sports bra. I just like to have them contained.0

Never!

i wear one to bed.. i just hate the "loose/sagging" feeling. It almost hurts. I just feel better with one on all the time.0

Maybe all you ladies need to have a proper bra fitting? At a real lingerie store? It's one thing just to not like being confined, but if you're finding your bra is actually uncomfortable and the straps are digging into your shoulders or the underwire is digging in or if the strap doesn't go straight across your back but instead rises so that it's higher than the bottom of your bra under your breasts (know what I mean? This is a huge one that a lot of women do and it means the bra is the wrong size), then you're probably either wearing the wrong size or just wearing a cheap bra. It pays to have a real fitting done and then shell out the money for quality. I have a good sized chest, and if I didn't have fittings done or if I bought cheap bras, I would be miserable.0

Ugh.. definitely not! That's almost as bad as wearing socks to bed!!! *shudder*0

I do....need to keep the twins perky0
