    hey hey, my name's nikki and I'm from the UK too :) my last weigh in (Saturdays) had me as 134.2. I'm afraid I'm using MFP more for fitness and toning than massive weight loss but I so want to be involved... Jumping jacks are fine by me. Not sure what mountain climbers are - I'll have to look it up on youtube. How many jumping jacks do we need to do and how often? Did I miss that part?

    Okay Huffles! Let's get started.

    We'll take a vote for our first in-House weekly challenge.

    Shall we do:

    Crunches
    Jumping Jacks, or
    Mountain Climbers?

    Since it's Wednesday, we'll just do a mini challenge and run it until Sunday, and we'll pick a new one for a whole week.

    my vote goes to Jumping Jacks. but like nikki says what are mountain climbers? do you need a machine to do those? i can't go on youtube at work.

    My name is Queeda. I'm 23 and I am married with 2 kids. I have a 4 year old son and a 7 month old daughter. I love MFP and doing challenges! I'm looking forward to this one. My current weight is 212 even. I haven't had a chance to read all the post because my laptop is down and I'm on my iPhone but I will get caught up soon. So happy to be in this challenge!

    By the way, the links I originally posted need to be entered into your browser. They're photobucket galleries with other Hufflepuff logos. To use those, enter the link into your browser, click the logo you like and copy the IMG code, but when you paste it into your signature, change the IMG on either end to lowercase.
