Hi Karen- Thanks for the spreadsheet you are awesome !! My last weigh in was at 153.4 and I see 152.4 in the excel sheet . Thanks for one extra pound less;). I am kidding bu tit will help me if I can even help you nit update the spreadsheet for next week if I even loose that which looks like won't be possible considering my brak for logging and challenge. But I have been some good and some horribly bad last week. But I m back and ill be here and logging in everyday.
I will thru and burn 3000 cals for thus week until Wednesday and will try to drink 60 cups water by end of MFP week. Goals set bAck on track. Good to see most of us are still here. Everybody is doing so awesome!!

Tausha- what was the next challenge we are starting after butterbal? I would like to be part of that too if you don't mind and it's still open. I saw you mentioned that somewhere and don't want to loose the Awesome group .

Laura-there are 2 halfs to this battle, one is exercise (which you seem to have down) and the other is eating!! You already realize that you are having a hard time with eating, now you have to realize WHY you are...is it emotional eating, eating out of boredom, eating because you have temptation in the house, or eating because you have the cals to spare and you can?? once you figure out the reason then you will be able to figure out the solution a lot easierif you need some tips when you figure out the why...lemme know

soccermum-Halloween is a tough time of the year...we don't give out candy, cuz we are usually never here...but working on this day is a challenge in itself!! not only is there candy everywhere at the hospital...but usually one dept or another is having a potluck too....I am trying to get the night off (which I doubt will happen) so I dont have to be around it all night!!:noway:

Holy cow! I haven't updated since Friday! REALL?! What happened? Well...I was terrible on Saturday, drank WAY to much but had a lot of fun,so I guess that's what matters! Sunday I did alright,and today I've done good.

Thanks ladies for the encouragement..i needed it and i went grocery shopping tonight and got stuff to make homemade din din for the next few nights! Tacos, soups..yum!
For me, it's boredom mainly. If my BF is not home..i will just eat..so i try to get my huge workouts on the weekend to make up for eating so much. If i liked hanging out more out of the house, i would not eat so much because i would be out and about. I am a home body so i like to chill on the weekends 75% of the time...i'm such an old fartt! Haha0 -

Laura-if you are eating out of boredom...my tips are: only keep "good" food in your house, and try to find a hobby to keep your hands busy (drawing, crossstich, reading) usually this helps! also be sure to keep a pack of gum with you at all times! You're doing great so just keep it up!0 -

Tara-thanks for the encouragement. Dunno if going to hit exercise goals this week (first time eva!) due to having a cold or something. Exercised on Saturday when it first started and felt like I was going to pass out the whole time! I bought some string cheese to try and add to my protein, I have at least doubled it, since I started watching it, but still not high enough!
Give me strength for tonight...I made shredded BBQ beef brisket last night...so I need a religious experience to keep me to only one sandwich (good thing is that I refuse to eat any sides to allow my stomach to save space for a second sandwich :blushing: )

I'm not gonna hit my 3000 cals burned, but I am ok with that...I have NOT missed one of my planned workouts this week and I will have made it over 2000 (which tends to be my money spot)!!
Kory-GOOD LUCK with dinnner tonight!!! LOL I'm not a big fan of meat in general so I wouldn't have a prob...now gimme some chocolate bars and it's all down hill from there!!! You still have time to have a respectable finish on you cals burned (even if you dont hit goal), water intake, and days over protein goal....so stay focused...you CAN do this!!! and I hope you are feeling better now
