    CW: 182.2, I lost 1.2lbs and I'm a little disappointed. I was expecting at least 2lbs because I did great with exercise & my food this week. However, a loss is a loss so I'll take it :smile:

    Friday - 55 mins exercise/411 cals burned (didn't get my double in-worked too late :grumble: NOT under cals due to stupid candy still in house!; drank about 20 cups water; 3 fruit/veggies

I know we've all been a little lax due to personal & work related life outside of MFP, but not more excuses: TG is 3 weeks away and we NEED to get our butts in gear! Any suggestions on personal challenges for our Team that we can shoot for over the next few weeks?

    Thanks everyone for your encouraging words! :flowerforyou: My new goal for this challenge is hit 50lbs lost & make it to the 170's. That's a little over 3lbs and I should be able to do that. (Thanks Tara :smile: )

    Hey everyone, I'm still alive..:drinker:

    Just been incredibly busy with everything here, just didn't have much time to track everything..I think until things cool down, im just gunna report in for weigh ins, say hi, and give a mini update like..I've been really good at avoiding cake/muffins/ and candy..and did 20 minutes of strength so far, have really been working on my fruits/veggies...2-3 a day and my water intake is pretty good..at least to 8c. So, hope everyone is doing well, keep working hard!

    How's everyone doing?

    I have decided that my new "total loss" goal for this challenge will be 10 pounds. I started at 221. I got down to 214...and I'm now at 216 as of Thursday. So, I think I can pull off these last few pounds before Thanksgiving.

    I'm doing "OK" this week. I have had so much LIFE hit me in the face the past few weeks. I've come to realize that I need to work on keeping the focus even when other things become tough.

    First, we lost our dogs. Then we found our dogs...in a "rescue"....Listed at 300 BUCKS EACH!!! Ugh... So.. a police report and $200 later.. I have my dogs back.

    My car broke down... Another $800 gone....

    Trying to sell the house... Realty fees....

    Ugh.. and did I mention we just got back from vacation, and it was my birthday, my baby's birthday and Halloween last month?? UGH!!

    So... stress has got me by the throat... oh and to top it all off...

    I got a letter stating I've been selected for Jury Duty! Someone help!!

    Haha...

    Having said all of that, I'm blessed to be healthy.

    I'm blessed with an amazing, Loving, Healthy family.

    I am thankful for my Savior!

    I am so happy my doggies are back!

    I'm thankful we had money in savings to pay for my car.

    I am greatful for a home...and greatful for the possible job transfer closer to our family...which is why we are trying to sell our home.

    Yesterday I did not hit every goal! It did not feel great. Today is iffy! We are visiting some local wineries, picking apples and basically doing the local tourist thing with our kids. Eating out possible two times will be part of the plan. We shall see.
