    Hey guys.. just wanted to check in via your miles on saturday.. were these actual miles... or following the 20 minute rule that was posted on the general board? Let me know?? Either way.. GREAT JOB everyone!! i don't know about you.. but man were those wiper thingys HARD!!!

    for sunday I biked 20 miles, walked one and I am exhausted.
    I did not do woodchops and my sodium will be over
    I am under calories for the day

    Mine are actual miles on a stationary bike.
  • Only one mile walked today (it was my day to be cleaning). Woodchops done and under my sodium for the today.

    Don't know about you ladies, but I am not looking for to the crunches tomorrow and I'm already dreading more of those wipers on Tuesday!i

    thanks, we are weekending at the beach in our motor-home and our bikes and feet are only way to get around. It is a beautiful spot, we even have an eagles nest about 100 feet away with some very noisy young eagles demanding to be fed constantly. There mom and dad are constantly flying back with eats for them. It's pretty funny because the babies are almost the same size as the parents. :laugh:

    HI Gang... i did get the woodchops done.. but that's about it for me today... sodium was over i'm sure.. and i didn't get any walking in.. busy busy busy day... today will be better..:)

    I've done my 50 crunches. :) may my tummy is still feeling the wipers from the other day!!

    You are not alone... I went to T.G.I friday, I don't think I did that bad, I ate an 830 calorie meal. I am unsure that it was accurate, so I left about 70 calories just in case it was wrong.

    Under calories.
    I put in a 16 hour day at work, so no miles today :(
    (Hopefully I get home at a decent time tomorrow to catch up to everyone else, but it's not looking promising)

    HEY Ladies... I just realized that Barb was the only one who introduced herself... sorry gang.. i got caught up in getting organized... well trying to anyway.. :p

    My name is Hannah.. I am engaged (getting married in May in Mexico), and have a 10 month old son who keeps me busy when i'm not at work!!! I work at a desk all day, and when i come home.. I'm busy being a mom until he goes down for the night... My goal is to lose as much weight as possible before the wedding. It would probably help if i had a specific number? I'll have to think about that one. I have been overweight my entire life... and have been on a mission to lose weight for, what seems like forever. And now with a family.. it seems even harder. My plan is to get up in the morning and work out... and then squeeze some more after the wee one goes to bed.... to date.. getting my (_(_) outta bed @ 5am has proven to be quite a challenge!!!!! I'm hoping that these challenges.. and my friends on MFP will help hold me accountable so that I'm able to reach my goals!!!

    Well, I am Carrie. I live in Indiana. I'm married (13 years) and have two beautiful daughters, 12 & 9. I'm an accountant and sit on my butt all day at work. I have started getting up earlier and riding my stationary bike for 30-35 minutes every morning. I have been overweight my entire life. I finally got fed up a couple of weeks ago when we took the kids to the amusement park. The only ride I could ride with my kids was the Tilt-A-Whirl because it doesn't have any belts or safety bars that lock down. I decided then that this is going to happen. I found MFP and after two weeks have already lost 6 pounds. I have a long way to go, but with this program and the friends I am making, I know it can be done!
