    Favorite exercise is my stationary bike. I can ride an hour while I watch my shows and I get a good burn. Just bought some resistance bands, so I'm getting ready to (reluctantly) start strength training.

    Tuesday,
    12 actual bike miles but it took me only 1 hour, plus walking the dog for 30 minutes
    me and my noisy knees finished off the squats
    and I was under on sodium

  • Friday - Under Sodium, Lunges done, 60 min of walking
    Saturday - Under Carbs, did not dance, 20 min of walking
    Sunday - Under Calories, 11 cups of water
    Monday - Under Fat, Windshield Wipers done (and I still don't like them!), 20 min of walking
    Tuesday - Over Sodium, Squats done, 40 min of walking

    I'll try to get the last 2 days for this week in Friday morning!
