    Sunday was my rest day; therefore I drank a total of 4 liters of water, which came up to 16.9 cups.

    I drank like a horse,(more than 10 glasses of water) and my husband grew a little weary of all the bathroom breaks I needed on our outing today.
    I still did work out and walk though, but since my minutes don't count today I won't report them.

    Hi Gang... Today I was not able to get anything done.. spent the day in the car.. going to get my sister at the airport... :( tomorrow will be a good walking day...Anyone heard from Princess lately??

    I have not heard from princess, but I did message her yesterday. I think she has been busy with work and courses, hopefully she will touch base soon.

    Today I had two hours of activity, completed the crunches and I am already over my sodium, :ohwell: so that's it for today, Tuesday.

    I went on a 30km bike ride which took a little over 2 hours, then I walked around window shopping for another 30 minutes
    I am just finishing my lunges and I was under carbs for the day

  • Good evening ladies. Sorry I haven't been around. My training classes are done, so I'm back to my usual nightwork craziness now :)
    I looks like everyone's been doing a really great job so congrats to all!

    Here's my update from the past few days:
    Sunday- drank 8 cups of water and was under Carbs.
    Monday- completed dumbbell flys, under Calories, 40 min of walking
    Tuesday- did not do the reverse crunches, was under Sodium, 2 hours of walking

    Today's looking good, but I'll give my actual totals after I'm done work in the morning.

    I just did the crunches

    I notice the spread sheet has not been updated for a few days and Princess also had some numbers to add to early in the week totals. Are you still doing this Cabaray or is Lash?
    Anyway, onto week 3.
    This challenge has really helped encourage me to exercise every day instead of just on the weekends, how is it helping all of you?

    It helps me too, I used to exercise 6 days a week before, so it gives an extra boost and more knowledge of diffetent exercises.

    I am still updating the spreadsheet.. I didn't have everyone's totals for a few days.. so I was waiting... My sisters are gone now.. So i'll be able to be more on the ball now. Sorry that I haven't been a very present captain...
