    Wine day for me, and if you have wine you gotta dance :drinker: :laugh:
    I also did that long bike ride home. 25 km and it took 1 hour 45 minutes today
    I am looking forward to my rest day :yawn:

    saturday walked for 2 hours with my husband
    Sunday walked for 2 hours with my husband and so far have had 11 glasses of water

    I thought I posted last week's results from my phone on Thursday, but I just realized it must have never went through. I'm really sorry about that, please don't think I'm abandoning you!

    To finish up week 6:
    Sunday - under Cards, drank 13 cups of water
    Monday - under Calories, Crunches complete, 40 min walking
    Tuesday - over Protein, Squats complete, 2 hours walking
    Wednesday - under Fat, Dumbell pullovers comlete, 1 hour 20 min walking
    Thursday - Over on Sodium (sorry), Woodchops complete, 20 min walking

    Week 7 (so far):
    Friday - under Carbs, no dancing (never gonna happen), 1 hour 20 min walking
    Saturday - Under Calories, Squats complete, 3 hours walking
    Sunday - over Protein, 12 cups water

    Sorry I can't report my numbers everyday, but I get the exercises done in my workout time. I have been extremely busy with school and job hunting.

    I will not be around for the last week of the challenge.. heading up to the great white north.. and will have no access to internet.. I can't wait!!!

    It's been a busy week at school sorry I have not been updating,
    but here is what I did this week
    Monday - Under Fat, Crunches complete, 60 min walking
    Tuesday - 120 minutes cardio and under on salt
    Wednesday - 40 minutes walking
    Thursday - 120 minutes cardio
    Friday- 45 minutes cardio
    Saturday- 120 minutes cardio

    school is busy and I am not able to keep up with all the logging on updates
    I have been doing between 1.5-2.5 hours of work out each day
    I have been doing weight training two days of the week and have more than made up for the not every day single activities
    so count me in, cuz I am here and still working it out:bigsmile:
