    I'm sorry for reporting my numbers late. I'm taking finals this and next week, so it is a little tough. I took finance today, and I think I did good. I don't know, I'll be certain tomorrow.

  • Sorry I haven't replied to anything... I've put in two 16 hour days at work and have another one tomorrow. Gotta love being short staffed!

    Anyways, Tuesday I did the 50 windshild wipers and 10 cups of water. Walked 1 mile on my lunch break.

    Today I did the 50 woodchops and am under my sodium for the day. I did not get a chance to walk today.

    I just notice that everyone has introduce themselves, so here it is:

    I am 22 years old, I live in Florida, and I am currently working toward my Bachelor's degree. I have always been overweight, yet it has gotten worst after I lost my job. I think I gained a total of 20 pounds; my clothes were getting tigher and tigher everyday. That made me realized that I needed to do something. To be clearly, everyone in my family is pretty much big. My aunt had to get a knee surgery, my father is going down the same road too, my doctor told me it's because of their weight, and it can happen to me. Since then, I decided to change my lifestyle for good. I started in may 25th, I have already lost a total of 23 pounds. Yes, it is tough but I will not give up.

    We need to decide what day is our rest day for the challenge. I vote either Saturday or Sunday, what do you guys think? I also think we should keep it the same day every week so that we don't get confused.

    My vote is for a weekend as well... whichever day.. preferably saturday i think...

    I'm back by the way... sitll on vacation.. but more access to a computer... (more or less).. did everyone report to someone while I was away?

    I reported Tuesday and Wednesday, but I haven't reported yesterday because I hadn't heard from one. I guess we need to send in yesterday's without everyone?

    I vote for sunday. That is the only day that I have a chance to get work done in the house, go to church, and study. Therefore, it is super hard for me to go to the gym or even exercise at home.

  • I'm apologizing now to everyone... My busy work weekend has continued into next week. I should be back on track Wednesday (once these classes are over with)...
    Thursday: crunches done. one mile walked. went over my calories (it was my birthday, couldn't resist a slice of homemade cake!)

    I will report Fridays totals after I get home from work. (hopefully by 9am). If not, tomorrow night when I get in to work... My log runs from 8am-8am, not midnight to midnight.

    For the day off, how about we individually choose which weekend day we want and report our numbers for one of the days on Sunday evening or Monday morning. We could say our official day is either day, and save our numbers to report at the end of the weekend.
    Right now I don't know which day has been agreed on, so that is my plan anyway.

    we spent the day walking in the sunshine and logged on a 150 minutes
    just finished my obliques and was under sodium

    sunday is or day of rest? Just 10 glasses of water, glug, glug off to the loo I go.:laugh:
