Its a work-out DVD my Jillian Michaels.....only 30mins long (including warm-up and cool down)0 -
VERY noticable results, congrats!0

Amazing Results! You look Great! Did you like some other posters on MFP do additional cardio everyday? If so, what exactly was your exercise regimen and how strict were you with your caloric intake?
I did not ever do 2 work-outs in one day....I took 2 days off from 30DS when I went running (about 40mins those 2 days) and then I took one total rest day....so it took me 33 days total!! I was very strict with my calorie counting. I aim for 1300/day (I am only 5'2") and then I also eat back most of my workout cals (all if I feel really hungry!!)0 -
Wow! Great job! Keep up the great work!
What do you plan on doing next?

I guess I am living proof that muscle weighs more then fat.....I can see the fat loss, so thats the only way I know how to explain the fact that I only lost 3lbs....0 -
Thanks. Do you also stick close to the recommended fat, carb and protein percentages?0
-
You look great! Awesome job!0

Wow! You can see a huge difference! Congrats! Just goes to show that it's now always the lb. loss that counts. You're doing fabulous! Keep up the good work! :flowerforyou:0

That is an amazing accomplishment! You can definitely tell the difference! Inches do matter more than weight. Keep it up!0

Ok so I am utterly embarassed to post this pics....but I am proud of the change so here goes nothing!!! I did 30 DS, 10 days at level 1, 10 days at level 2, then only 5 days at level 3 because my dvd got scratched and it wouldnt play level 3.....so at that time I switched to Ripped in 30 and did 5 days of level 1. I took 2 days off somewhere in the process.
These are my results in inches and photos....
SW: 151 lb
EW: 148.5 lb
Inches lost:
Waist 34--->30
Hips 41---->37.5
L Thigh 25.5--->24
R Thigh 26---->24
Total inches lost: 11 !!!!
Total lbs lost: 2.5......not much but a huge difference in the pics0 -
You've inspired me to try this myself. I ordered the DVD yesterday!!!0
