    For Saturday

    Drink at least 80 oz. (91)
    Stay within my BMR 1407 calories by 300 (2218 over but not counting ex cals)
    10, 000 steps (13532)
    No junk food/No late night snacking after dinner (no JF / no LNS)
    CLX strength training or cardio if not a rest day (4.5 hrs yard work)
    Log in today (yes)

    ladyrayado "chocolate peanut butter frozen custard"... Yum!!

    Checked the data base on gardening.. 4.5 hrs at my weight = 1315 cals, no wonder I was so hungry.

    75 squats a day (none)
    1 min plank every day (none)
    40 min of strength each week (none)
    150 min of cardio each week (none)
    Green numbers for the week. (Cal -40 Carbs -10 Sodium -146)
    Lose 5lbs by Oct 28th

    No workout today & I had a birthday party to attend. I guess I'll count today my cheat/rest day. My shin is felling better so I'm going to attempt week 3 C25K tomorrow & try to get back on track.

    As of October 15th & 16th this is how I am doing with my challenge:

    1. I had most of my 128 oz of water consumed each day- (out of 128oz)
    2. I exercised for 99 minutes & 130 minutes each day total (out of 90 mins each day)
    3. I didn't complete my log for Saturday but did on Sunday. Pretty much did okay today-10/16 (daily calorie goal is 1500)
    4. I completed my food diary as honestly as I could (today). (At least I tried)

    my starting weight is 192 and I have a cute red shirt I would like to fit into. Thanks for this challenge that I will report on daily.

    Saturday I did okay (considering it was the weekend) but didn't eat dinner before we went to our friends' home so I ate almost a whole baguette, butter & had 2 glasses of wine!! Bad combination!!

    Today was my rest day but I still walked for an hour cuz it's a habit now lol.. really I just felt lazy not working out in some capacity. Stayed under my calories and drank about 124 ounces of water. I will post this week's goals tomorrow. Hope everyone had a great weekend! Goodnight xxxooo

    75 squats a day (75 + the ones on my workout dvd)
    1 min plank every day (Ugh I can't seem to get past 1 min. I make a min then collapse lol)
    40 min of strength each week (21 min done 19 left)
    150 min of cardio each week (32 min done 118 left)
    Green numbers for the week. (ALL GREEN!!!!!)
    Lose 5lbs by Oct 28th (3.6 lbs lost)

    I am feeling really sick today with a head cold. I'm hoping it doesn't move into my chest. My leg isn't up to doing my c25k yet so I pushed through on of my Leslie Sansone DVDs. I hope everyone had a productive Monday. Keep up the great work everyone :smile:

    2. I exercised for 120 minutes today (out of 90 mins)
    3. I am going to eat more than my original 1500 cals because I am upping my workouts (daily calorie goal is 1500)
    4. I completed my food diary as honestly as I could today.

    my starting weight is 192 and I have a cute red shirt I would like to fit into. Thanks for this challenge that I will report on daily.

    This morning when I got on the scale and realized I haven't lost any weight for a month I asked myself "What am I doing?" I am working out like a mad-woman but staying up late and eating! For what? Tomorrow my reminder will go off that says I should weigh 175 according to MFP. I am 190 today.

    I know I ate a lot today because my stomach is actually full!

    Thank you FitJ yes they are awesome very inspiring to me . We had a great weekend ,but food wise I went into a tailspin so Im trying to make today a in control day. I was so in control before friday so I can do it again .

    My goal is:

    Stay in calories
    drink 64 oz water
    no LNS
    excersize 30mins

    20 down did my shred this morning :tongue: Everyone is doing great good job !!!!!!!!

    Today was a perfect score day for me wooo hoooo

    Drinking last of water 64 ounces
    excersize 50 mins goal 30
    stayed in my calorie range ( I only ate a few of my excersize calories today} I still had over 500 left
    No LNS :bigsmile:

    Thank you !!!!! Its good to be back I checked in every day just wasnt eating good :angry: my own fault :grumble: Well the last 2 days have been great, I feel really in control :bigsmile:

    I think today was a good day for me. Considering we went to BJs for lunch and I sat there with pizza & chicken wings!

    Thank you Istlondry :happy: I really like being in the challenge too, Even if I go off It helps me too get back on tract. We do have a great little encouraging group here its been fun:wink: The months end is fast approaching I would love to try anouther month if anyone is interested It really helps me be accountable and have a plan. Let me know :smile:

    Im going to excercize anouther 30mins for a total 50 {Goal 30}
    I will finish my 64 oz (Goal 64}
    I stayed under calories
    No LNS
