    Phew, day 23 level 3 done. Is level 3 a balance test or what?!?! Sheesh. I can't believe our challenge is ending in a week! I'm not so sure I can continue without this! :D My husband said I at least tackled the hardest part and that's getting started! And that was just a feat in itself, I tell ya! And since I needed even more motivation than this group, I got some from the man who thinks I will always look good, lol, my incentives are: if I reach the goal I'm aiming for by March 1 (yes, thank goodness for the 3+ months I get!) "First is to celebrate the body for its accomplisments and hard work, so I'll get a spa day and second is to celebrate me and the mental, emotional and spiritual dedication I put into it, which will be getting to go to any concert I so choose within 6 hours of where we live. YES!! That pretty much means a lovely weekend trip if I pick one far enough! Not to mention all my own personal incentives, that's like the cherry and sprinkles on top, especially because I can feel hot again when we go out! KEEP IT UP EVERYONE!!!! We are seriously doing so well, you have to be feeling great by now, for at least sticking it out this long!!!!!

    L3D1 DONE!!! I feel so much stronger. I surprised myself!! I stayed on the same count with Anita and Natalie. I only stopped to rest once!! I blasted through those punches with weights. I feel so proud of myself for making it this far!

    I pushed through the knee soreness on several occasions, made it through with a stiff neck, worked out when i felt i really just needed to rest, and nursed the two times I got hamstring cramps and continued through my workouts! And on top of everything maintained my grad school work and working FT plus the DC commute!!

    I have lost pounds and inches and I haven't pulled out my tape measure yet to get the officials. My pants and clothes tell me so.

    Way to go for everyone who has made it and the end(at least of this workout) is in sight !!!

    WOW great job! And it really is surprising to see how much stronger we are getting. I didn't even realize how many moves I could actually do with Natalie! It's all a head game apparently! It must feel good for your clothes to be fitting better! I don't have that feeling quite yet, but I sure feel stronger and am ready to attack this thing harder!!

    Day 21, Level 3

    I like level 3!!! I'm sure I won't be saying that tomorrow....LOL. I had to modify the jump lunges--too hard on my knees.

    Only 2 days behind, so Shred Level 3 x 2 sessions tomorrow will have me all caught up!

    Ha ha level three is great, just gotta push through it! It feels so good afterwards though! And I too can't quite do the jump lunges, I try to do some like Natalie and I can, but then toward the end I just kind of do a jump afterwards and then do the lunge. It's SO HARD to jump back into a another lunge position, ha ha! You'll do great tomorrow catching up!

    i think ill do 5 days of level three. hopefully next time around ill be able to do 10 of each.. but i have to agree, if i hadnt joined such an awesome group i dont think i would have stuck with it as long as i have! thank you all :)

    Awesome! I'm going to reasess at the end of this, I might want to repeat the 30DS once before moving up, but I love that you're doing this!

    just finished day 18 level 2.

    ripped in 30 after this sounds like a great idea! it's a lot easier to keep up with the workouts when you have so many people doing it along with you. i've had the shred dvd for a year but never stuck with the 30 day program and would have never made it to level 3 on my own. a little worried about keeping up with ripped in 30 with all the holidays coming up but i'll give it a try and hope i don't get too far behind!

    did Level 3 again last night ! man that level makes me sweat so much and the pace is soo much faster .. which is good because its over quickly! I have to say The Shred is my fave of Jillians dvd's!

    Level 1- 9 days Level 2 - 7 Days Level 3 - 2 days!

    Thanks for inviting me! I have ripped in 30 and I tried it but it really didnt agree with me and made my back very sore.. but goodluck! let me know how it goes!

    Im half way through level 2, and its really hurts my knees and the top side of my calves? Does anyone have any suggestions to help?

    Ive tried incorporating the knee warm up from level 1 but cant think of anything else!
