    1. Eat cals.. I was close, but had some things that I'm not sure on, calorie-wise.
    2. Exercise exercise cals... Overdone
    3. Exercise 30 min... 40 minutes run-walk intervals
    4. Water.. done
    5. Post... Just doing it now.

    thought maybe I was dropped, CRAZY weekend!
    Sat. & Sun 0 points as I didnt track my food or exercise...actually maybe just on each bay I did drink all my water:)
    Today will be tricky..no pun inteneted, It'd pitch black out still and foggy. I can't run in this. I will hope to get my run in after Halloween party at my sons school.
    Im checking in now as this eve will be a bit crazy!

    So I think I forgot to post what I did since i was posting these. lol So for yesterday the 30th I did everything but eat all my cals back. I started late with my eating and I was not that hungry last night and did not want to cram in the last 300 or so...so I was short yesterday on my cals. but I was over a little in the week I think so over all for the week I think it made up for it. I am still stuck at 198 and cant get past it. It jumps up a little then back down...still chuggin though and I hope it breaks soon.

    Great job peeps on the no candy!! I did not have any either! None all week or tonight. Remember in tomorrows post if you have a smile next to your number that means one of those points was for not eating any candy :)
