Hey all! Still out of state on vacation so it's been hard to get on here and update. I'm a little behind everyone, but sticking with it. I finished w2d1 today and will head out tomorrow for day two. Glad to read that other people have found that the program turned them into runners!

Week 3 done for me :)

Looking forward to wk 4 run 1, even though it's almost double the running!

I'm sure it's the same with some of you other C25Kers - I'm finding that by the 3rd run each week, I'm feeling comfortable, and even keen to do more running and less walking, which makes the next week exciting to get into.

Hi everyone! I completed W2D3 on Friday in 30 degree weather and 20 mph winds. I have to say I am thankful this type of weather never happens in Georgia or else my winter running plans might have to be moved in doors. I do think I like running outside in 30 degree weather way better than in 100 degree weather.

    Distance: 2.52 mi
    Walk Pace: 14:23/mi
    Run Pace: 10:49/mi
    Cal Burned: 274

    W3D1 tomorrow!!!

After a not so fantastic weekend, bad food choices and no exercise :embarassed: I jumped back in today. Over an hour at the gym this morning and then went out for W3D1 tonight. I struggled a bit with the 3min runs. I should have had a drink before I left because I was already a little thirsty when I started and after the runs I was so dry and needing water!! It did'nt help that I was running into a very strong wind at times, but even though my mind was saying "stop, stop" I just kept going!! I kept thinking if I can't do 3 min runs now how am I going to ever do 5 or 10 min runs in the next couple of weeks!!

I blew it out this weekend too and consumed most of my calories via liquid diet - if you know what I mean. But this is far from normal for me, but alcohol calories are harder for me to burn for some reason. You can make up for it this week. My legs got tired on the last 3 min run too. I pushed through it though.

    W3D1 Done. Stats below:

    Distance: 2.21 mi
    Walk Pace: 14:58/mi
    Run Pace: 9:42/mi
    Cal Burned: 242
