    My goals:
    Running/ Walking 22 miles (+- 6 hours) [GOAL MET!]
    Biking 73 miles (+- 6 hours)

    This is perfect group for me as I am training for Triathlons in the summer. I don't do Ironman but Sprint and Oylmpic distances. Itnia late in the month so hope fully one will be going for Dec as well but I will log my Nov times from now on.
    Swimming 1200 m today.

    I have faith in you. It's never too late to turn your month around. On a good note, you've got some good numbers already, so you're probably not as far behind as you may think.

    Went for the best run this morning! I was trail running (A flat easy "rails to trails" route called the Katy Trail. IT'S AMAZING!!!) this morning, and I swear I kept hearing eagles screaming overhead. They nest near our area for a portion of the winter, but I've never noticed them so close to home. It was a real treat. I tucked my garmin away, stopped looking at it, and just enjoyed the adventure.

    Went for a wet bike ride but it still was fun. Did 26.5 miles.

    Made it on the run with today's 6.5 mi run. Plan for the week includes biking Tuesday & Friday but nowhere near enough to get to the Ironman miles!

    I didn't check in for the 17th - total was 1.4 miles of running. I did a combo walk/run (new training program), but just counted the run.
    11/11/20 - Got in 6 miles today. I was aiming for 7 but my night out last night combined with the 40km/hr headwind killed me. Still felt good though, just worked harder and was slower than last week.
    I haven't been on the bike all week and schedule has not worked for swimming. I will have to work on that this week although i am not going to get my bike goal in.

    Totals -
    Swim - 2 miles
    Bike - 15 miles
    Run - 36.5 miles

    Today, 68 laps [1.93 miles] in 85 minutes. My goal was 72 laps or 2 miles, but I ran out of time and was kicked out of the pool four laps short!]

    That's a distance high for me. I've set a goal of swimming a full 2.4 miles in a single session at least once before the pool closes at the end of the semester [e.g., in 3 weeks.]

    I just stumbled upon this challenge, and it seems so cool. Love to join! I completed my first sprint triathlon in Oct, and loved it. I am looking to sign up for at least 3 events next year.

    My stats so far this month

    swimming 1.42 miles (motivation to the pool decreases with cold weather)
    cycling 156 miles (spinning and outside when the weather favorable for a ride)
    walk jog 16 miles (slow this month as I have been developing shin splints as I transition into running)

    I hadn't really set goals for the month, and given there is only a week left, I'll work towards the traditional ironman numbers. I'll keep logging my stats and set personal goals if the challenge continues in December

    Did you just start running? I have been running for a few years and had to start slowly, too. You can avoid shin splints by stretching after your run and by using the mid-foot strike. Don't run on the balls of your feet. I hope that helps, nice work this month!!

    11/11/22 - Again, HIIT with running intervals. Just counted the run which is 1 mile.
    11/11/23 - 3.5 mile run. Pool is cancelled tonight so no swim :( I just can't bring myself to get on the bike trainer.
