    Bike: 56 miles
    Run: 65 miles

    Totals:
    Swim: 1.2
    Bike: 47
    Run: 50.6 miles

    Missed all 3 of my goals, wow. Mostly due to things out of my control, partially due to a miscalculation on the miles planned (for running). I'll be back next month with a vengeance though! You guys are such an inspiration as I continue to delve deeper into triathlons & training!

    FINAL REPORT

    Here were my goals

    December goals:
    Swim 2.4 miles (need to get back in the pool....),
    Bike more than 120 miles
    Walk at least 26.2 miles

    We've been traveling and I've been sick again, so my totals aren't great.

    Cycling: 145.96 mi :bigsmile: Some on the bike trainer and some on the road at the beach during the holidays.
    Walking: About 13 miles (half my goal) :huh:
    Swimming: None. :grumble:

    For January, if we have a January Ironman Challenge, I'll keep the same goals and try to make all three this time. Of course, I want to exceed the goals, but we'll see what happens!

    Didn't quite make my targets this month, but had a fab holiday this last week, now to 2012. Hard training and getting some good miles behind me :)
