I was on vacation last week so I didn't log my exercise. I did walk quite a bit a few days, but there were some days where I did way too much sitting. I will be back into the swing of things this week.
Goal- 300 minutes
Monday- Zumba/ zumba toning- 90 minutes0 -

Sunday: working off my treat day on Saturday, all times logged on my hrm. walking 137 minutes, cardio x 42 min, wii fit combo 43 minutes, zumba wii 15 (my legs gave out before I could finish) total 196 minutes
Monday: 88 minutes, 30 day shred, wii fit and walking

Welcome! Many do both so you are good. I personally opt for min because really if you get 360 minutes you will hit between 2500 and 3500 calories sure!0 -

Thursday: 120 minutes, 93 of that fighting the wind on my commute home, 22 pushing my bike up the the very steep road to my house and the rest walking our 2 greyhounds and our foster greyhound.
I am considering taking a rest day, but I get kinda anxious if I don't get much of a calorie burn every day. Maybe I will go light tomorrow.
