Week # 1 -- Jan 2nd -- 340 minutes/Goal 330 min I made it
Week #2 - Jan 9th 156 minutes and under goal by 134 (Goal 330 min) Due to illness and unexpectant Drs. appointments. I have a dental appointment next week but hope to be able to have a more regular week.

I am just going to say this. I had a great C25K group when I was doing that program and I really miss it so Mollie I want you to know that this challenge has meant alot to me. At least I have somewhere to post my progress with exercise and share with others trying to improve too. Thanks! Today I had my first run in the snow. It was lovely!

Last week I was 225 over, but due to snow I am still going to keep my goal at 400 for week 3
Sunday: walking 60 minutes, wii fit, 45 minutes but since I only sweated a little I am calling it 15
Monday: 105 minutes, sledding, walking and wii
Tuesday: 105 minutes, 30 day shred, walking and wii

Well with the snow we had last night and this morning I didn't think my aquafit instructor would make it in so I went cross country skiing right from my front door. Took awhile to find everything. It has been a couple of years.

I forgot to post yesterday. I went cross country skiing yesterday and today will be my last ski "run" out my front run before rain and cars destroy my fun source of exercise.
