    Week #1 - Jan 2nd - 340 minutes/Goal 330 min I made it
    Week #2 - Jan 9th - 156 minutes and under goal by 134 (Goal 330 min) Due to illness and unexpectant Drs. appointments. I have a dental appointment next week but hope to be able to have a more regular week.
    Week #3 - January16th - Goal is 300 minutes Goal is met
    Week #4 - January 23th - Goal is 300 minutes

    I have made my goal for this week partially since I did some slow walking for shopping and at work. So I still hope to get some exercise this weekend since yesterday was really a rest day for the most part.

    Last week I was 225 over, but due to snow I am still going to keep my goal at 400 for week 3

    I was 265 over my minute goal and for week four I am in increasing my goal to 550 minutes :tongue:
    Sunday: working off my treat day on Saturday, all times logged on my hrm. walking 137 minutes, cardio x 42 min, wii fit combo 43 minutes, zumba wii 15 (my legs gave out before I could finish) total 196 minutes
    Monday: 88 minutes, 30 day shred, wii fit and walking
    Tuesday: 138 minutes. snow is gone and I finally got to bike home, walked our dogs, played wii fit
    Wednesday: 160 minutes, bike commute, walking dogs, px90 arms and shoulders, wii fit ( I was feeling really grumpy today and was hoping working out would put me in a better mood. It didn't and now I have a sore throat)
    Thursday: 120 minutes, 93 of that fighting the wind on my commute home, 22 pushing my bike up the the very steep road to my house and the rest walking our 2 greyhounds and our foster greyhound.
    I am considering taking a rest day, but I get kinda anxious if I don't get much of a calorie burn every day. Maybe I will go light tomorrow.
    Friday: okay so my plan of going light today, so tomorrow I am just going to walk and maybe do wii fit. today I had 160 minutes split between px90 legs and back, wii zumba and walking.

    Just wanted to let you know that I just didn't jump ship and quite the exercise. Had some of the excess skin removed from the tummy and I'm off of exercise for a while. I feel so guilty not exercising, but I'm following orders.
